very typical Greek taverna with great food and great wine. Nice friendly service. an excellent stop near monemvasia
We had a 8-day vacation around the area, including Monemvasia and Kithira. This place is to remember! Great food and nice stuff. We really liked the gogles and the cooced local rooster. This place was the food highlight for us!
Here in a lazy vacation Monday with my girlfriend during a roadtrip in this area of Greece. We were alone in the tavern. We ordered the few dishes they had available...and that were magic. One of the most genuine and authentic discovery we made. Gogles must be tried out. You'll love them. Quality of food is more than high. Prices are more than affordable compared to what you eat and to how (quantity) you eat. This place is out from the touristic loop. So if you love to discover and pass nearby, stop here.
Traditional tavern with great food. As a "local" (summer house in Monemvasia area) we visit athas for many years now. Always good food, friendly service and nice environment.
Excellent good quality food. I’d give them 5 but the lamb chops weren’t great My favorites were the zucchini fritters and the stuffed flower.
Everything was perfect Quality Food !! Nice Waiters Good Bill Really Loved this place
Great food, nice staff, good prices. A cute place in a small village. Plenty of room to sit. Reasonably big portions. Thank you There was a lot of wasps outside, but when we moved inside it was not a problem. It’s probably better after dark. That’s not the restaurant’s fault though, it’s common in Greece.
Excellent food and service! Nice big parking place opposite to the restaurant.
